 MSNBC highlights the top 10 cities with fastest growing global real estate markets. Asia dominates 1/2 the list with Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong & China. I ain't trying to hate on the motherland, but something is suspect. Hong Kong & China are #2 and #1 with 93% and 111% growth, respectively. But Israel is #3 at 53%?! The difference is just too wide. I hate to burst their bubble, but a bubble is brewing in China/HK!  Costco is rolling out a mortgage lending program for its members. They've issued 10,000 loans already! Instead of closing cost credits, they will throw in a lifetime supply of Big Bubba's frozen chicken wings. Sounds like a deal to me! Won't be long before you see Walmart Realty pop up! The estate where JFK & Marilyn would allegedly hook up has been hoisted on the market for $12M! It spans 13.5 acres and the stunning, glass-walled main home is an incredible 10,000 square feet. Apparently, the designers built "50 percent of the home out of glass." Damn those 2 were some freaky exhibitionists!

There is so much TV star power behind this listing, LOL! Best memory of the party: Cora Sue & me belting out a duet to Diana Ross' Love Hangover! Cora Sue is the unforgettable sassy star of Real Estate Intervention on HGTV. Catch her show Wednesdays 10:30am. Her decor tips are also plastered all over HGTV's monthly magazine. Of the 146 housing markets examined by Realtor.com, there are none as competitive -- or expensive -- as San Francisco’s. Median price of listed properties in the area is an astounding $611,700, which is more than $100,000 greater than the next-most expensive region, Santa Barbara.
