| After my smash hit appearance at the Sacramento Association of Realtors for AREAA, the self proclaimed "real estate diva deal-maker" Dao Tran & I dish about real estate. (We met one year ago! Dao, where's my anniversary ring??) During my presentation, I searched on twitter for SF Realtor, and amazingly, I found a tweet from a guy who needed help relocating to SF. I live tweeted him on stage, and by end of my chat, he tweeted me back to contact him. Awesome new lead!

I've spoken several times before for the Asian Real Estate Association of America in Las Vegas, Sacramento and even hosted their annual golf tournament.  I hosted the 2nd Annual Golf Tournament for AREAA at the Lincoln Hills Golf Club. I had a fantastical time emcee-ing the dinner, showcasing the fashion show by Tiana Vega and raffling over 50 prizes (including an ipad2!). Featured guest was PGA Golf Professional Will Robins.  When I met Tamara Suminski last year in New Orleans during the National Association of Realtors Conference (aka Nardigras), she was such a ball of sunshine....like me! Tamara is the current Chair for California Association of Realtors' Young Professionals Network. Well, as luck would have it, we are going to share the stage come April 20, 2011.
