Ziggy rocks! 

==>Getting financing is so hard nowadays! Lending is really tight. Just ask Ziggy! On a sad note, Ziggy artist Tom Wilson passed away this fall. Ziggy was my 1st doll. My mom said I saw him at Toys R Us and screamed "I want him!" RIP Tom, thanks for the laughs.

==>Ok, is it just me or does it seem suspicious that Robert Pattison & Kristen Stewart are selling their house, now that the Twilight franchise is winding down? Whether or not owning a house together was a PR stunt all these years, you can't deny it helped cement their relationship in the public's eye. Is it a coinkidink RPatz has been spotted with another girl already?!  I think not!

==>Huffpost wraps up the 11 most bizarre foreclosures stories of 2011. Like a Florida couple got threatened with foreclosure because they made an early payment! No good deed goes unpunished, indeed!

==>Ex-CountryWide exec tells CBS 60 Minutes: "Mortgage fraud was systemic"....oh sure, tear out the front page. Duh! The REAL shocker is that "no top level finance executives have faced federal prosecution". You know how it goes: those upper echelon peeps protect their own!

I've definitely come across some distressed sellers who weren't too far from this cartoon!
