Bust out your coconut bra or Mu'u Mu'u! I'll be speaking in sunny Honolulu for the Asian Real Estate Association of America's 2013 Global Summit alongside my friends below! Can't wait to see you all!
For you bi-lingual folks, here's the info for the CREAA event in English & Chinese. I'll do my best to not speak "Chinglish" during my presentation! I believe I'm slated speak at 11:30am. Please come to hear my talk about "How to Select the Best Agent & Write Your Winning Offer!" I had a terrific time at the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals 2012 Business Expo! Thanks for inviting me to speak about social media, videoblogging and being Hermanity!
![]() This is a real ad of me, Mr. Hand Model! Asian Real Estate Association of America has invited me to speak about social networking and how I use my iPad for business. After my chat, you'll wonder how you ever closed a deal without one! Please come for a chance to win an Apple iPad & tickets to Sacramento Kings!
Above is a video of my hands swishing over an iPad! I couldn't have said this better myself! Grahma Hill's talk for Ted.com really sums up the way I'm trying to lead my life. Pare everything down. There was a time when I bought recklessly and for the wrong reasons...but really, all that did was increase my bills and make me unhappy. How many $150 T-shirts does a guy really need?! After all, a cotton T is a cotton T! As long as I look like a million bucks in it, who cares if it's H&M or GUCCI. So, I do my best to live sparsely, be efficient and nimble. Not to sound like some Pinko, but the way we are living our lives for the last few decades is going to be the end of us. More debt & more stress. What is the point of endless accumulation of useless stuff & the constant commericial consumption. Even in real estate, the idea you have to keep trading up to bigger and better house every few years is just not sustainable. I'm not saying you all can live in the 420 sq ft pad featured in the video (although I would love to! so cool) but let's edit down our lives, our space or consumption. You'll be so much at peace...Trust me, I've been there! I had a fantastic time at last year's NAR Conference in New Orleans! I'll be back this weekend for the 2011 Conference in Anaheim to speak for KODAK. If you're at the convention, please catch me at 11am Saturday Nov 12, "How to Snag Clients with Videoblogging!" I'm also attending RISMedia's Power Broker Dinner Friday Nov 11. Stop by to say hi if you see me! |
