The hard copy is finally out for Unique Homes Luxury Magazine. It's their 40th anniversary so I am giddy they interviewed me for this special ginormous issue. You can find me on the last page  called "In Closing". Here's a read-able copy I had posted earlier.

Unique Homes: World of Luxury Real Estate interviewed me for this great piece in their magazine. I love their title: Faith in Hermanity:  Herman Chan uses wit, truthiness & fabulousness to become a popular real estate figure. They did a terrific job capturing me in half a page (not an easy feat!). Some select quotes:

*I just want to be a breath of fresh air. Clients are starved for transparency & authenticity; that quasi-cynical &  snarky commentary...They wanty an opinion to come along with the data"

*It's about being accessible and authentic to the client. Someone that shares my world view is more likey to gravitate toward me & work with me. I want a relationship with them, not something that's transactional."
