I can't stand this template voicemail used frequently by agents. maybe they think it makes them seem busy, but  if you ask me, it just makes them look like part-timers! For the biggest purchase of one's life, don't take your chances. So you best get a full timer!

This type of message is actually part of a "system" a popular (and dated) real estate training course teaches... VERY old school!

@fred , that makes total sense. back then they'd leave these long rambling messages. nowadays, msg should be quick easy. who has time to listen to your life story, right?!

I know an agent who uses that message - she got it from a seminar. It sounds lame and arrogant!
