Outdated headshot = Outdated business.  You are the face of your business, so get real photoshoot  with a local photographer. FYI: glamour shots and Sears booth do not count!
PS: I just had mine shot by longtime friend and nationally published photographer Billy Winters.

Hooray Herman! i wouldn't want to work with any real estate agent with a mullet on their photo. HAHA!

Herman!!! This is hillarious!!! You know, I'm happy to help those in need of getting rid of the blue eye shadow and hair scrunchy!! LOL! You know how I like to bring these not so classic looks up to date. I see too many of those around...;/

Heehee-so true and sooo funny Herman! Hey listen, an agent handed me her business care once during open house-I did a triple take because I noticed she looked 20 years younger...one the card. Come to find out Herman-it was her daughter not her! As for the pose...I hope to never see an agent doing the "prison" pose! lol
