I used to walk past these 2 homes each day on the way to class when I was a young little thing at UC Berkeley! They were in disrepair then, and they are even worse now. They are on sale for $1 each in order to make way for the new Acheson Commons development. Kind of sad to see an old home razed but exciting to see what is in store!
