Here's my latest video for eHow.com. We got a questions about dual agency. Some agents are staunchly against representing both sides of the transaction while others think it is ok. Personally, I can't sleep at night when I'm stuck in the middle. How do you equally advocate for 2 parties that have diametrically opposing agendas (especially when one side is paying you!)?
