He & his accountant have been charged with mortgage fraud (faking loan applications, lying about income, and taking out over $1M in cash from 4 properties and not paying any back!) This dude has been in over 100 films. He can't be hurting for dough. So, why would someone jeopardize all that for a few bucks?!
