Sample words of wisdom from my mouth: Q: What have you noticed about clients expectations/behaviors recently? Me: Clients are nosy. They want to know everything & anything about you. Sales records aren't as important to them as who you are. They will find that info on your facebook posts and recent twitter feeds. Q: Can you share the secret to your success? Me: I just let it all hang out. What you see is what you get. People are jaded & cynical now. They are starved for authenticity. They wanna work with a real person, not a veneer.
