My friend Mark Gonzales of Keller Williams (and Realtor Magazine's 30 Under 30) posted this on his facebook:
"AGENT ALERT!! A male, identifying himself as Mr. Bunch, has been calling female agents, who have listings in the newspaper using their photo, requesting that they meet him at a vacant property or a parking lot, primarily in the Chatsworth/Canoga Park (Los Angeles). This man is known to the police to use several aliases. All agents should be alert to this type of request and be especially careful when meeting clients at vacant properties. If you have had this request, please notify the Association at 818-947-2252."

Best Medicine: Lighten up! Finding humor in your work can help build stronger business relationships. by Herman
I'm overwhelmed by the fabulous feedback from people across the country about my little rant! I actually wrote this last spring but Wendy Cole, (Senior Editor for Realtor Magazine) told me at the National Association of Realtors Conference in New Orleans that they were saving this piece to be published in Jan 2011 in order to kick off the year with a bang. I hope it was worth the wait. I've enjoyed reading all your emails, tweets and facebook notes to me! Thank you all so very much!
(Realtor Magazine has a print circulation of 1.1 million readers, with pass-along readership of 1.98 million. The article was also published on-line for realtormag.com which has 762,000 views per month.)
Another video response to a viewer question. This viewer is asking me about buying a place with her mother-in-law. What do you think? Have you bought property with your in-laws? Let me guess...you're divorced now.
At any rate, I predict only disaster! (Although I'm not married so technically, I really have no point of reference!)
