Frank Yeager kept a diary of more than 200 names and addresses, Facebook pages, businesses, and churches of possible victims, many of which were real estate professionals, police say. On Nov. 25 last year, police say that Yeager tried to lure a Pulte real estate rep into a secluded model home with plans to rape her.
