We are currently casting buyers in the East Bay who fit the following description:

1. Couple that is aggressively looking to buy a home in the SF East Bay -**priced $250-550K**
2. Has been pre-approved for a loan.
3. Has 20% cash down
4. Couple is looking NOW or will be in Escrow in late January or early Feb. Excepting march, april,& may too
5. Couple should be 25-45 years old
6. Couple should be fun and outgoing, willing to be on camera (house hunt)
