| It ain't uncommon for Chinese officials and bizmen to have a mistress or two. In fact, one recently convicted dude kept 18! That's a lot of apartments and has bolstered the housing economy per Aeon! Lotsa these women are from the boonies and are installed into pied-a-terres near their sugar daddies' home/work. It was estimated in 2010 that 200,000 mistresses were living in Beijing alone.
