Herman takes the C.A.R. EXPO by storm!

I had a ball speaking at the California Association of Realtors EXPO in Anaheim!  Sharing the stage with me was Rick Marini, Founder & CEO of BranchOut.com & SuperFan.com. He sold his social media company Tickle.com to Monster for over$100 Million in 2004. (Yes, ladies, he's single & cute!) .  James Dwiggins, Chair of the  Young Professionals Network,  did a great job moderating. It's hard to keep my larger than life personality in line!  When the mic wasn't been whisked away from me, I imparted my knowledge about Social Media, Branding & Being Yourself in Real Estate  with my trademark Hermanity humor!
