I just got off the air with the one and only Mother Love!  She is everything that I aspire to be: smart, caring & sassy.  With both our larger than life personalities, we had the most stupendous time.  That hour just zipped by!  I hope her audience not only got a kick out of me but learned a few things about the real estate biz too.

Mother Love grilled me about anal retentive agents, real estate TV shows, McMansions & why I started my videoblog. She also reveals her pet peeve when she was shopping for a home too!

Mother Love: What do you think is going on for real estate?
Hermanity: That is such a loaded question!  But everything goes back to jobs. No one is going to pull the trigger to buy a house when they don't know if they'll even had a job!

Mother Love: What's a vlog?
Hermanity: Blogs are soooo 2000 & late. Everyone & their grandma has a blog now.  As a personality & businessman, you gotta cut thru the noise. Besides I have cheekbones to die for, so I created a vblog, aka Videoblog. My hilarious take on the real estate business

Mother Love: Why do people get ticked off about your vblog?
Hermanity: Because the truth hurts! I let it all hang out, tell it like it is. The old school agent presented an overly perfect veneer...and that comes off as fake to current clients. Now people want agents to be real, relatable & authentic. I'm the one who pops the industry's bubble!

Mother Love: What's biggest misconception about real estate agents?
Hermanity: We're known as used car salesman! On a serious note, the bar to entry is too low for agents. There needs to be more requirements to obtain a state license and ethics courses.

Mother Love: Is staging important now?
Hermanity: Depends on the property. If you got a foreclosure full of mold about to fall off a cliff, don't waste your money!

Mother Love: What's the 1 piece of advice you want to leave our listeners?
Hermanity: Be true to yourself. And do not live/buy beyond your means.

Mother Love: Where do you see yourself in 10 yrs?
Hermanity: Married with children! j/k.... I'll have my own TV Show
