Teresa -- along with her hubby Joe -- just left court in NJ where the couple pled not guilty to 2 new bank fraud charges stemming from allegations they filed a false application to get a $361k mortgage loan. In the docs, officials say Teresa claimed she was employed as a realtor and made $15k per month. In fact, officials say, Teresa was "not employed outside the home at the time.” If convicted, T and J could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine. The new counts bring the total criminal charges against the couple to 41 -- ranging from conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud to bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and making false statements.
The original Material Girl finally sold the Beverly Hills mega-mansion she shared with Guy Ritchie during their marriage. The private star tried to sell it privately but had no takers.  Michael Jordan put his Chicago mansion on the market in February of 2012, but no one bought it! According to the Wall Street Journal, he has decided to have it auctioned off on November 22. Per WSJ: The basketball star lived in the home for nearly 20 years. In an email, he said he is selling the home because “my kids are grown now and I don’t need a large house in Chicago.” The owner of basketball team the Charlotte Bobcats, Mr. Jordan said he splits his time between the team’s base in North Carolina and a new home he built in Jupiter, Fla. “It was time for some warmer weather down at my new home in Florida,” added Mr. Jordan, who said he also has a vacation home in Utah.

First, Sheree was axed from Bravo TV's Real Housewives of Atlanta, and now her mansion is now the chopping block. Currently, it is a shortsale but it's about to head to foreclosure...for circa $340k. (Ironic, since she dubbed it Sheree's Chateau and alledged it was a multi-million dollar home at one pt). All the sordid deets here. You know, I feel bad for her. Notice it's the 1st Darrin (played by Dick York). Do you think the 2nd Darrin (played by Dick Sargent..."gay Darrin") would have had more say about the decor?! Shame on me, so stereotypical.
