| Jeff Lewis is gonna Flip Out, b/c there's a new real estate flipper in town. None other than Ellen Degeneres! She and her wife Portia bought Brad Pitt's old bachelor pad in Malibu for $12M, did some remodel magic and just sold it for $13M. Taking into account commissions, closing costs and renovation costs, I dont' think they made a killing. But some profit is better than none!
